Academy Principal - Tynsel Parkes CE Primary Academy

Tynsel Parkes CE Primary Academy is one of the eight academies that are part of the Staffordshire University Academies Trust. It is an oversubscribed VC Church of England 3-9 Academy of 150 pupils. The academy has a strong commitment to the further development of its Christian ethos. Due to the retirement of the current, very successful Principal the Directors of the Staffordshire University Academies Trust are seeking to appoint a new Principal to lead the further development of the academy, from September 1st 2017.  

The Directors of the Trust, and the Local Governing Body, wish to appoint a substantive Principal who is an innovative and highly motivated leader. You will have the drive, passion and personality to continue the considerable progress that has been made under the current Principal and be prepared to meet the challenge of becoming an outstanding school. Self-motivated and ambitious you will drive the vision of the academy, further developing the rich and challenging curriculum and the present culture of high expectations and opportunity. You will provide professional leadership for the academy, within the multi academy trust, which secures its continued success and improvement, ensuring high quality education through a focused and aspirational learning environment for all of our pupils. You will bring a strong track record of school improvement and will actively embrace working closely and collaboratively with the Directors, the Local Governing Body, staff and pupils to develop this academy into a truly outstanding community resource, shaping lifelong learning opportunities for pupils and families across the town.
