Children at Tynsel Parkes use the Internet on a regular basis as part of their learning. Technology enhances learning across the curriculum and we want to ensure all children get the most from it, by encouraging responsible online behaviour.  We teach children the importance of staying safe whilst online and what to do if they find something that concerns them when using technology, enabling all to become responsible digital citizens.

In school, we use a filtering and motoring system to prevent children accessing inappropriate sites. We also have regular ‘e-safety’ activities to remind children of the importance of keeping themselves safe online.

Parents can also help their children to learn safety while using technology, please have a look at the resources below as a useful source of information.
