On Friday our School Council visited Bateman’s Care Home who have had a ‘Back to School’ month. The children replied brilliantly to the residents questions, for example they shared what their favourite lessons are and why, what they want to do for their jobs when they are older and, if they could, what they would change at school if they were in charge for a day! In return, the residents shared their memories of their school days and told us ancedotes from their childhood.
Our school council listened beautifully, spoke with respect and were super representatives of Tynsel Parkes. Well done school council!
